A pretty, sweet-tart treat to share with friends!

Crust:

  • 2 c. flour
  • ½ c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. butter or butter-flavored shortening

Filling:

  • 1¾ c. sugar
  • 4 tbsp. flour
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • ½ c. lemon juice

Directions:

Cut crust ingredients with pastry blender (or fork).
Press into the bottom and halfway up the sides of a 9 x 13-inch pan
