Shipping & Order Information
We will ship your items as soon as possible. We gather products from many different workshops, so it may take a week or two for your package to arrive. We strive to ship orders within one week, but it may take longer. Rest assured, we will let you know if any part of your order may have a delay that is longer than normal. Your package will be shipped by FedEx and a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as it ships. FedEx shipping time will vary from three (3) to seven (7) days depending on your location.

When you receive your purchase, please examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it to the address below within thirty (30) days of receipt. When we receive it, we will exchange or refund the item (less appropriate adjustments for shipping). Please follow the instructions below.

Package the product you’re returning in its original box (if possible) and include a copy of your order confirmation email. Please note whether you would like a return or an exchange. If you would like to exchange an item, please let us know the item number of the product you are interested in.
